Appearance
At first glance Julius is a tall attractive Russian man in his late twenties or early thirties. His aristocratic heritage is apparent in his sharp angular features, dark intelligent eyes and lustrous dark hair. Julius is always dressed to kill in stylish versions of current men's fashions, but accentuated with little 19th century flourishes like heavy gold jewelry, walking sticks and elaborate tie pins. When all of this is added together it lends Julius an stylish Old World elegance that many women find appealing.

Master Balendous is a very suave man he radiates charm and confidence with his every jesture and word.

History
Julius Balendous was born in the Autumn of 1758 in a small palace outside of Kiev to a noble, petite French mother who died in childbirth. Julius' father, Russian nobleman, was away engaging in the Russian invasion of Prussian and was not able to return home until the funeral of his wife and the naming day of his youngest son. Julius' father would never marry again and dotted upon his youngest son.
Julius Balendous was originally part of the NonIsis Chantry, and moved into the Saint Louis Chantry after WWII.
