Doruk Solak
Sobriquet: Commander (from his squads), or "that Maniac" from other Tremere, behind his back.
Appearance: A Turk of average height, his bald head is crisscrossed with scars, as if someone tried to shove it through a grate shortly before his embrace. Doruk is built like a rugby player, and has as many teeth. He dresses in bulky military grade body armor, covered in bulkier suits or (his preference) military fatigues. He projects an aura of barely controlled violence - perfect for working with teams Giovanni thugs and Setite enforcers.
Background: Doruk survived decades as a member of the chantry's security staff. He nearly died when the Assamites stormed the place, and was rescued with the embrace. Since then, he has taken the fight to the enemy.
Personality: Apprentice Solak projects such an air of ready violence and bravado that most think it must be an act. Still, most people back down when they find themselves in his way.
Current Events: Somehow, Doruk survived the fall of Istanbul. Now, with little more preparation, he's been cast into another hell-hole: Winchester, and England's struggle against the Sabbat. They're leaving Winchester alone for now, but everyone knows that as soon as the Sabbat defeats the Court of Avalon, it will look to London's immediate south. Apprentice Solak is tasked with fortifying the tiny towns against that eventuality.
