Doruk knows the score - he's been around long enough to know what's what, and that he'd never have been embraced except for the war. He's trying to last long enough to get re-assigned, but he knows the odds are against him. He has lots of ghouls of his own now, and doesn't hesitate to use them - if they survive, they'll learn, and be all the more useful. He's been reprimanded for recruiting from the police and military, but he figures that the Tremere need the best help possible, and success will be forgiven in the long run.
