Appearance

The Embrace took his hair, and his once charming blue eyes are now unnerving. He often wears round sunglasses to mitigate this part of his disturbing image. His ears have lengthened showing he's clearly inhuman. His skin is hairless, and his teeth are crooked, and very sharp. The wardrobe pieces that stand out are his black dyed denim jacket patched all over with band logos, and his shiny black Doc Martens.

History

Since he was born Lucas was surrounded by music. His parents were musicians, and while not massively successful they were often friends with people who were. He played on the drum sets of minor stars in their houses when he was a little kid. Unfortunately he never found himself with musical talent of his own. What he did find himself with was a talent for listening. Both as an empathetic ear and as a sound engineer. During his twenties he apprenticed under a sound engineer for KMEL. He also learned the charismatic stylings of their radio hosts. For 10 years he worked in the industry, mostly as an engineer and board runner. That was until he was sacked due to corporate mergers. He decided then and there to take his savings and build himself a station. He was in control of it all, and for about a year it was the good life. He was both the journalist and the anchor. He got to share his music taste with the people. His soon to be sire saw a use for someone like this, influential with no visual aspect. He could maintain his network with only a change in the schedule. Lucas was offered a chance at something bigger than just his little station, true power. He accepted, though he never would've known what he had signed himself up for.
