Appearance
An oriental man of about 5'5" tall. Wen wears his long black hair pulled up in a knot, and alternates between gangster leathers, traditional Chinese robes, and Italian power business suits. His Nosferatu heritage shows in the sickly green color of his skin, with rolling scars and oozing splits in his face. His body is covered in pustules and random knobs of hardened, scaly skin.
Behavior
Wen Doc is a strange character. He alternates between eccentric Chinese traditionalist shaman and modern hipster hacker. Wen blends both cultures indiscriminately and sometimes in bizarre ways, telling people about the dangers of upsetting the Jade emperor.
History
Born the son of Chinese immigrants Chu Wen Hong was raised in San Francisco. Hong graduated from high school after taking everything on computers he could take. He went to community college and eventually earned a masters degree in computer science. His street time gave him knowledge of the underbelly of San Francisco, and Hong earned extra cash doing hacking and illegal activity for the local Tongs.
One night Hong was out partying with his friends and was winning handsomely at cards. Several guys in the room felt like he was cheating, and shook him down finding stashed aces. They took him out in the alley and beat him mercilessly. Leaving him nearly dead, at some point a shadowy figure grabbed him and drank him dry, and then gave him blood to drink. Hong rose in a fury and killed the Tongs left in the gambling den. Now a Nosferatu, Hong changed his name to Wen Doc, being visited seldom by his shadowy sire. After five years the visits stopped. Wen Doc never learned who his sire was.
Recent Events
Wen Doc is working with the Ravnos to run a con to convince the vampires of San Francisco that a Nictuku is operating in the city, killing all vampires indiscriminately.
Wen Doc has sired several vampires, then killed them around the city in staged events to back up this claim. He and the Ravnos are very skilled at covering up the crime.
Wen Doc is selling Chinese Dragon amulets that will ward off the Nictuku, and has "used" it at a public event to show it's efficacy.
