Cho is a beautiful Japanese woman, She commonly wears clothes that leave little the imagination. She moves and speaks with slow grace that almost no mortal can match, and few immortals.
Behavior
Strong, confident and certainly a leader Cho also is a sensual creature in every since of the word, and it's part of everything she does.
History
Cho is one to the two strongest Kuei-Jin in San Francisco and leader of one of the two surviving factions in the city.
Recent Events
It was a surprise to a great deal of the immortals in San Francisco to see Cho rise to be the Seneschal, no one has good information on why Toc choose her.
