Sobriquet: Yorgues
Appearance: Yorgues is a man of great beauty which, combined with his talent at comedy, can make him one of the greatest Don Juan of Paris. While he can appear cool in most clothing, he prefers Arnaud's creation. He has shoulder-long brown waving hair and hazel eyes that always seem to convey a smile.
Behavior: Yorgues fears nothing. He could well travel to the moon if he could bring back a rose to his beloved. This same behavior can make him a very dangerous enemy indeed, should his beloved be hurt in anyway.
Ah... It effectively happened, so God takes care of the soul of the one who did that...
History: Yorgues was a young actor with a great talent. So great he unknowingly played in front of full balconies of parisian Kindred a tragedy inspired by the love story bewteen a Nosferatu and a Toreador. Philippe d'Estrée, who had discovered the young actor, asked François Villon the right to Embrace him.
Villon, who had given him the right to Embrace one Childer, easily accepted, praising the flair of his clanmate. Yorgues was thus Embraced, but refused to change his lifestyle, who increased in flamboyance soon enough. He continued to work in the theaters, and became one of the principal theater actors of Paris.
Soon, he met with other Kindred, and formed a Cotterie. His friends were at first the Bâtard Thomaso, and the Brujah Walther. But the Brujah teacher slowly quited the Cotterie, and Thomaso decided to remain alone, but they soon were replaced by the Son of Cacophony Carlo and the Toreador Christian, Nathaniel, Jimmy and Myriam.
It soon appeared that the Cotterie was constituted by Toreador-like minded Kindred, two of them being Veilleurs, another being a Masque, and none other than the Childe of the dreaded Ivan himself.
The Cotterie was center of a lot of attention, as the two Toreador Sects used it to further their own ends. While discovering sensible information, Carlo and Yorgues gave it to the Nosferatu Erik (In truth, Childeric). They won Nosferatu Prestige, but a great mistake of Carlo gave them plot away to the Toreador Elders. Carlo and Yorgues lost all their Toreador Prestige.
In the same time, Yorgues met Vanessa in the Daughter of Cacophony's Elysium: Les Ruines, and he was immediately seduced by the Brujah Ancilla and while at first, Vanessa saw him as a way to win Prestation over a Toreador, she soon started to grow fond of the carefree Toreador. Love, it seemed, would succeed to grow in her cold and violent heart. All the while, Carlo grew jealous of the Brujah.
The Cotterie soon became entangled with the Clan Giovanni, and while the young Kindred were successful, they paid a high price to it. Yorgues was caught and tortured by a Giovanni Elder, and he never forgot this.
Recent Events: The Giovanni, knowing the Coterie was in Paris, wanted revenge for their action in San Leo, where Giovanni clanmembers were destroyed. Furthermore, Vanessa controlled the Maffia. Thus, they attacked her in March 1997, involving the Inquisition in the process.
Again, the Coterie was successful, but the price was high indeed: They were thought to have been destroyed, and came back victorious, with the staked body of Ernesto Giovanni. But Vanessa didn't survive these nights of violence, to the despair of Yorgues.
Notes: His relation with the Tremere Alric are cold at best. The two fought to take the control of the Vieux Rousselet theater (Alric wanted it for its secret occult past), and Yorgues won the upper hand.
His Havens are an old theater (Théatre du Vieux Rousselet), an appartment at St Michel and a house at Montrouge.
His Ghoul is Gérd Mirlino, a retired actor. His contact is Renald Deuque (Commissaire Divisionnaire of the 5th Arrondissement, who likes to go the famous gay nightclub: The Queen).
