Miklos Grubo: Former Ventrue Primogen
Clan: Arpad Ventrue 8th (actually 7th via diablerie) - childe of Nova Arpad.
His Death: Summer of 2005. Miklos was attacked in his haven by two Assamites: Tel'at el'Ali of Cairo, and the recently awakened Sukhbataar. Tel'at claimed to have diablerized him before Elysium in Sofia before disappearing. In reality, it was Sukhbatar who committed the deed he denounced, though no-one has yet dared to publicly point out that Tel'at was embraced at too good a generation to commit the deed. Miklos' death set off a chain of events that brought his successor and elder sibling, Gustavus von Lothringen, and his four childer, Raina Lom, Aleksandar Stanislav, Stefan Chilikov and Drago Zlatan to the city.

Player Notes: Miklos made little secret of his ambition to become Prince of Sofia. He likely conspired with the former Tremere Regent, Zlatko Paisi concerning the assassination of the then Prince's youngest childe, Kutchka. Some accumulation of his maneuverings and his ambition likely convinced Emil that an Assamite assassination was the right move. This is, of course, speculation.
