Domain: Izgrev – also know as the “Sunrise” district has an area of about 4 square kilometers and has a population of 34,000 souls. Izgrev is the greenest district in Sofia with the most number of parks; it also has the lowest rate of unemployment in the city or the nation. The district is home to 17 foreign embassies, 3 elite neighborhoods, The World Trade Center – Intrepid, National Sports Complex "Diana", Park-Hotel "Moskva" (Moscow), National Investigating Department and the corporate headquarters of several television networks.

Appearance: Gustavus is an attractive and athletic looking young man, embraced at the height of physical health and strength. He has wheat colored hair, worn in a ponytail and bound back by a single purple ribbon. He also has muttonchops and a goatee-mustache that have not been in vogue for at least a century. Like his sire, he manages to wear the fashions of the twenty-first century with more than reasonable ease, but like his sire, he seems very much an anachronism. He never goes out without his silver headed, ebony walking stick, which is in all probability a sword-cane; he also possesses more than a few finely crafted pieces of gentlemanly jewelry.
Background: Gustavus was Nova Arpad’s protégé and proxy to the Primogen council of Vienna. He has been seen on several occasions drinking from crystal glasses of blood, but which blood truly nourishes him remains a mystery.
Personality: Gustavus is an ambitious ancilla exhibiting many of the traits that have made his sire famous; unfortunately, he embodies Ventrue arrogance at its worst. His beliefs are extremely conservative, even for a Camarilla domain like Vienna, let alone a city like Sofia. Gustavus looks down on the “Low Clans” and so-called “Independent” vampires as fools who have rejected the Camarilla’s generosity and protection. Those who are not of the Camarilla are all anarchists with nothing better to do than make unlife hell for the civilized descendents of Ventrue or worse are actively plotting with the Sabbat. He has a particular disrespect for the Ravnos, who he refers to as “Those dirty damned Gypsies!”
Current Events: Since his rise to Ventrue Primogen in late 2007, he has kept a relatively low profile; when he cannot be located in Elysium, he can usually be found ensconced in the Moscow Park Hotel or the Scion Club, his recent donation to members of Clan Ventrue. In the Spring of 2008, the Moscow Park hotel was bombed in an assassination attempt against him. It remains to be seen where he will establish himself next.
