Villon created this power when he took over the Louvre. The name was chosen as a secret joke to the slight feeling some Kindred with Auspex felt when in the Louvre. Villon can see and hear anything that goes within the Louvre limits, including the court between the Richelieu and Sully buildings (where the glass pyramid can be found) as if he was near the talker.

The is no dice roll involved, unless one being at 1,5 meters (5 feet) of the object to be studied would have needed a dice roll (like looking a tiny features in one's clothing, or trying to hear a whisper).
