Everett a tall young man, probably in his late teens or early twenties, with a heroin-chic complexion, dirty-blond hair and cobalt-blue eyes.
Behavior
History
Everett Young was born in 1958 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco to Carter Young and his wife Deidra. He was the fourth and youngest child of Carter a plumber and Deidra a stay-at-home mother so typical of the 1950s. Everett was unexpected and put a strain both emotional and financial on the Young family. Relations soured when Everett's father accused his mother of infidelity, ironic considering that Carter had been quite a philanderer. The couple stayed together for the kids, but Deidra became a day-drinker and Carter was often away on business. Despite this, Everett grew up during the heyday of Americana and barely noticed his dysfunctional family until he entered middle school.
From the beginning Everett was musically inclined, and for several years he took private piano lessons, but when he turned thirteen he discovered the guitar to his mother's consternation. The boy bought a second-hand guitar from a friend at school and practiced in the garage at night, by the time he reached high-school he belonged to a band that played the bars of the Castro. Everett took to the nightlife and bar-scene like a fish to water and the more he played the better his performance. Everett's skill was in high demand and he moved from one band to the next until he met Evelyn Randall in his last year of high-school.
From their first meeting there was a kind of magic between them and it did not take Evelyn long to decide that she could could not be without the young rocker. Everett drifted into a completely nocturnal lifestyle trying to keep pace with Evelyn; friends and family noticed and his grades took a nose dive. Sadly Everett didn't even graduate high-school, but he could jam every night with his beloved Eve who showed him the other side of day, the night. It didn't happen all at once, no the drifting away from friends and family occurred a little at a time, until Everett rarely thought about anyone but Eve. Then one hot night during the summer of 1977, Eve and Everett went to listen to the Eagles when they played San Francisco. And there in the dark of the crowd, as the band played Hotel California, Eve took Everett's life and made him immortal.
When he awoke the following evening, his whole world was different, but Evelyn was there to show him the way in a new world both dark and strange.
Goals
Everett has only a few goals. The most immediate of which is to acquire a new haven in China Beach and perhaps gain some territory as well.
Equally short term, but secondary to a haven, Everett seeks to out the Giovanni for mass murder as a threat to the Masquerade.
To achieve these two goals Everett seeks a meeting with Triatam the old Baron of the Bridge with the goal of pleading his case for a haven swap and begging for some territory of his own. He knows that this will make him Tristam's bitch, but figures its a stepping stone to the position of Keeper of Elysium.
