Notes: Tania doesn't know anything about her past. Therefore, she's unable to understand that her love for Juan comes from her past. It's exactly the same for her friendship with Catherine.
And that's why she can't comprehend the bad feelings they have for Francesca. In fact, Juan feels her wife has been stolen by Francesca while Catherine hates her because she thinks Tania was the victim of a forced embrace, and probably deep Domination... The two wonder if Francesca wasn't behind the hunters...
In truth, none of those opinions is confirmed by the facts. Indeed, Francesca did really spent many nights to find out who were Tania's relatives. Moreover, Tania was willing to become a vampire. As Tania considers Arnaud and her sire as her family, there's no chance at all that she'd adopt Catherine point of view.
It's different for Juan because her love for him is really deep... But Juan would rather shut up his mouth than risk to loose is wife a second time in an open conflict with Francesca. Thus she has a hold over him... and that's probably why she didn't try to stop his relationship with her childe.
Unhappily for Francesca, Juan is one of the Knights of Meryt-Neith. And through him, the Methuselah has learned more about her (she knew about the presence of a childe of Montano in Paris, but needed more precise whereabouts).
In the same time, Tania has noted the sometime weird behavior of her lover (Juan is badly affected by the Aura of Corruption) and told her sire about that. Since then, Francesca is permanently watching for Juan trying to discover the reasons of that behavior and to figure out if it's dangerous for Tania.
Should she be successful, it wouldn't be long before Montano realizes that Nebneferptah is lying under Paris. What Meryt-Neith still tries to figure out is what he would do of that information...
Note that Tania is a powerful neonate. It's due to her generation of course, but also to her bloodline; indeed, Montano's Childer are particularly strong. As she's not recognized as a Lasombra Antitribu, as she masquerades as a caitiff of unknown generation. Few kindreds in Paris know of her existence.
Among them are those who knew Juan when she was his ghoul. So far, Juan has told no one about her; those close to him just know he wants to keep his love secret.
- Tania's father was English, her mother French. As a result she's bilingual. She learned Spanish at school.
- Her 'Influence 3' indicates she has a hold over the medical milieu all over Paris and its suburbs.
- Her two servants are Hubert Lagrange (Bichat hospital security chief) and Georges Michelet (head of the hospital). Both are mortals.
- Her two allies are... Juan and Catherine! (Note that their own 'problems' could make them her worst enemies!)
- She has not one but two mentors : Arnaud and Francesca (hence the rating of 3 instead of 2).
Actual Aim: Tania is building her influence within the medical area. She's has already taken control of the Bichat-Claude Bernard Hospital which is the biggest one of Paris. Some Kindred already owe boons to her as she allowed them to use the facilities of the hospital (some of which aren't especially obvious; one example is the huge parking of the hospital where a car can stay for months without being noticed...).
The other concern for her is to keep her lover, Juan, and her 'parents', Francesca and Arnaud. She worried about the strangeness of some Juan's actions. Moreover she's concerned by the dissent spread by Catherine between Juan and Francesca, and she's unable to decide what to do about this (In truth, Cath have no real viewpoint, but her Dark Side does...).
