Appearance

A bull chested man with light brown hair combed flat. His mustache is what most people remember about him.

Behavior

Gabriel thinks he is the mayor of a moderate sized midwestern town in the 1930's. He also believes that the "city council"(Kuei-jin) are calling the shots. He sometimes has conversations with people who nobody else can see. He see's everyone as citizens of his town. While basically a good man, he is also an efficient enforcer for the rules. Mr Dayton will consider anyone who gets him in trouble with the city Council his enemies. He runs a nice town, and is willing to kill for it to stay that way.

History

Mr Dayton was born in central Missouri, 1902. His parents were store owners, and he grew up a member of the municipal world. Dayton finished high school and went on to college at St Louis for Law. After his graduation he moved to Iowa where he married Linda Reynolds. They had three children. His business crashed, and they lost everything.

Mr Dayton moved back to St Louis, slowly building up his reputation and becoming part of the local political scene. He lost his race to be mayor, and after drowning his sorrows, was embraced by Raleigh Montgomery as a political tool. When Dayton's mind broke, he became convinced he won, and all his efforts are to run his town. While he acknowledges he is a vampire, he is also Mr Mayor.
