Sobriquet: Jean
Appearance: Jean looks to be a middle aged man of around 42. He is well muscled without being bulky. His eyes are a light brown with amber flecks. His hair is cut short, almost a ruff on top.
Behavior: Jean-Luc has always been a friendly sort, capable of easy conversation and an amiable way. His eyes grow hard when it comes to the rules of the sect though. There is no longer an easy air about him, just a hard, uncompromising wall of law.
History: Jean-Luc was born the son of a woodsman, a warden for his Lord. His father raised him to care for the forest under their care. Jean-Luc became very protective of his families responsibility, taking the role of his family very seriously. At the age of 32 his Lord asked him to go to war in Prussia with him as a scout. During that time the Lord made him a ghoul, keeping him in service for his Master. Jean-Luc is embraced by Lord William Harper. Five years after his embrace he is recruited by the Gangrel Justicar. He becomes a very useful tool for the Justicar, and spends many years as an archon enforcing the masquerade. He comes and goes from Paris as he is needed.

During his whole journey, he has obtained a very strong knowledge Camarilla's Court and possessed particularly well the rules of the Kindred. His Justicar believe he should be an exemplar for the other Kindred of our Sect. His most important merit his to be able to endure everything. His appearance seems always the same but the body is really dead inside. An amazing thing: animals have no fear or enmity against him, they don't smell the difference. He doesn't want to displease nobody expect when the Camarilla's rules are broken, then there is no friendship, just rules.
Prefered Area: Paris and London. Haven: The Armies Museum, and his Sport-Club. Known Ties: Appreciate by the Ventrues; the parisians service; close parent of the Gangrel Justicar. Possessions: In the Wagram Avenue, he owned more than the walls of a sport club (streching / bodybuilding / kung fu). Family: Born in 1751 of a far Bourbons-Valois line, loyal but forgotten of the royalty, he spends his mortal life working for his family. Bond: He goes at war versus prussians where he is retained by Lord William Harper.
- Facts: After 10 years of loyal devotion, he becames a vampire and committed him for change during the Commune. But he fought against the Followers of Set, he lost and surrendered before annoying them really. Since Francois Villon is the prince of Paris, Jean-luc has an interesting place in his Clan. He has decided to fight for the Camarilla and ask clearly an Archon place next to his Sire's brother. This one make him striking more and more powerful and far enemies. So he fought the Sabbat every time it is possible for a century and he is quite good. His methods are yet less savage than it was but his desire to help is always the same. His Sire a recently asked that his case was studied. He has never place the Masquarade in peril.
