Description: This ritual enchants a specific individual with the ability to track relics through the Underworld. It must be cast in the Underworld and may be cast upon anyone who can enter that realm. After receiving the ritualistic kiss, the appointed huntsman can intuitively feel the distance and direction of the specified relic and will feel the need to find it. This ritual isn’t a compulsion, just a divinatory effect that guides the chosen huntsman to the relic; if the caster wants the relic returned to him, he must make appropriate arrangements with the huntsman.
Origin: Benesj the Black
Ingredients: Firstly, the necromancer needs the name of the deceased to whom the relic originally belonged, though an image of the deceased obtained via Psychometry works just as well.
Casting: The player rolls Intelligence + Rituals = difficulty five (5) and expends a point of blood for the kiss. The caster chants a supplication to Persephone in Greek, to aid him in finding relic (memory) and takes the huntsman’s (or huntswoman’s) head in his hands and expectorates a bit of his blood when he kisses the huntsman’s forehead. If the ritual was cast correctly, the dark blood is immediately absorbed into the forehead of the huntsman, who immediately feels the pull of the relic.
System: The player rolls Intelligence + Rituals = difficulty five (5) and expends a point of blood for the kiss; the ritual takes ten (10) minutes to cast. The degree of success in casting this ritual equates to a finer sense of distance and direction for the huntsman. If there are multiple relics, the necromancer will have to cast this ritual again, until all the targeted relics are found. This ritual must be cast once for each and every relic that the necromancer is searching for, the ritual ends when the hunter finds the specified relic.
