Behavior: Tania speaks volubly with an authoritarian attitude. However, she acts with caution: being a Lasombra masquerading as a caitiff can be very dangerous... Tania feels the need to build something that will last even after her destruction. That's why she gladly embraced the task of taking control of the medical milieu although her aim is to use her influence to better the medical system: she's not interested by power in itself. Though she lacks a lot of experience, she is by no means stupid and so far not all of the Kindred who tried to take advantage of her had enough time to regret it...
History: For Tania Thomson life began one year ago. Tania found herself wandering with no reason, wounded and sobbing. She couldn't remember anything, save that her name was Tania. Desperate to find out what to do next, she was found by Francesca.
Though the idea seemed silly, she immediately knew that the strange woman was a vampire. Tania wasn't especially glad to follow Francesca but she had little choice...
Francesca was hunting when she met Tania. At first, she was happy to find a prey but something was wrong. Though the woman was a mortal, she obviously had been wounded by fire, badly wounded. She shouldn't be alive. Francesca observed the woman during some minutes until she was sure that her first intuition was correct: that mortal was a ghoul. Thus, to avoid any breach of the Masquerade, Francesca ordered the ghoul to follow her.
Finding the master of that ghoul proved to be impossible however. Indeed, the only thing the ghoul could remember was her name, Tania. As no kindred claimed anything about a lost ghoul, Francesca had no choice but to keep Tania for herself, assuming her former domitor had been destroyed.
Well, it was not so bad after all: whatever her former life could have been, Tania was a skilled doctor. Recently, Francesca was given permission to Sire by the Prince and she was searching someone to penetrate the medical milieu of Paris. Tania seemed to be the perfect candidate: excellent medical doctor, smart, good manipulator and last but not least handsome. Moreover, the two women enjoyed excellent relationship of mother-daughter type. Arnaud liked her as well, thus one year after she first met her, Francesca presented Tania to François Villon.
As she had no id cards (and the like), some work has to be done before Tania could be Embraced. To the surprise of Francesca, Ivan proved to be remarkably helpful providing all the papers needed in an amazingly short time. And he didn't ask anything...
In fact, Ivan was more than pleased to do that work. He felt literally happy when Tania was Embraced. Indeed, he knew exactly who Tania was. And he knew Francesca was unknowingly making enemies for herself. As Ivan doesn't like the Francesca nor Arnaud, all this situation was perfect for him...
That famous night, Juan was in a hurry. All these hunters pursuing him... Seemed to be time to take some holidays far from Paris. He phoned to his wife: "Prepare our luggage honey, we're leaving soon. And if anything strange happens, drink the vitae I stored in the special fridge."
Then he rushed home. To bad he wasn't quicker: when he arrived his home was on fire. He had to battle the hunters and when it was over, only dust remained. Juan just had to mourn his wife and ghoul: Tania.
One year later, a beautiful night of June; Tania goes out from the Bichat Hospital. She's smiling : this is the biggest hospital of the city and she's just achieved control of it. As she led the whole case in less than four months, she's sure Francesca will be pleased and perhaps impressed...
well, perhaps.
Anyway, she decides to allow her some good time. She heads to the Champs-Elysées avenue, enters the Chesterfield Café.
Hum... she's not the only kindred here tonight... She begins to observe them and stops on one she founds attractive.
Juan was accompanying Catherine to one concert at the Chesterfield Café. Frankly, he found it boring and he couldn't comprehend what was so attractive in that music for Catherine. When he heard a sweet woman voice saying "Hello".
The two Kindred turned their head and were stuck by surprise...
