Sylvia Kilver

Sobriquet: Regent in public or among the Followers of Set: Eye of the Serpent.
Appearance: It is clear that once Sylvia was once an attractive young New England lady, but the depredations of the Setites have taken their toll. Her eyes seem to have sunken into her face, which has an unhealthy and slightly jaundiced pallor, and both ashen cheeks pull taunt against her skull. Sylvia's eyes -- once a beautiful cobalt blue -- have yellowed over time, giving them a murky greenish tinge.
Behavior: Sylvia sizes people up when first meeting them, as though silently debating their inherent strengths and weaknesses. She works hard to give the impression that those interacting with her are faced with a woman of considerable power and should not, under any circumstances, underestimate her. When dealing with the Followers of Set, however, she is genuinely humble, and she can even be oddly affectionate.
