Of course Keith, it important to remember that Blake the Lasombra antitribu doppelganger lived in London for 7 years before becoming an archon for Clan Tremere and traveling the world. As a bodyguard / mercenary for hire he met and interacted with a far greater number of vampires either visiting London or short term residents.
