Kyle Dunscirn
Appearance: Kyle is a short man who appears to be in his mid-to-late twenties. He has dashing looks and a winning smile. He has wavy brown hair and sparkling hazel eyes that complement his million-dollar smile. Kyle is fond of designer clothing, fast cars, and beautiful women. He is rarely seen without a pair of well-muscled bodyguards wearing off-the-shelf Armani suits and carrying the latest in (mostly) concealable weaponry.
Background: Kyle is the premier black-market banker and money launderer in Glasgow. In that role, he has his fingers in most organized crime in Scotland. Or at least that's the completely unfounded rumor. It is surprising how many of Scotland's strait-laced elite have been seen in his company.
He is lithe and quick, fond of games that require a certain manual dexterity: He is sometimes found playing darts in dirty pubs, and often conducts business around his personal billiards table.
Recent Events: Kyle has attended many meetings of the Scottish Skirmish School that have been held in Scotland and northern England. He is naturally dextrous, and very quick with a knife, but lacks a killer instinct.
