Madam Blue
Appearance
A beautiful pale young woman. Her hair is nicely done, and she sometimes puts ribbon ties in it of yellow and blue. Madam Blue is comely and enticing.
Behavior
Madam Blue is trying to build up the vampires around her, she would like to lead them to change, but she is still working on the leading thing. She has a coarse dialect, and tends to talk down to those who are better educated, because she was never taught more than the basic letters and numbers. Her desperately poor vision of life means she can be immensely grateful for small things, but also dismissively rude to anyone who might be "better than her".
History
Born in the deeply poor side of London, Nikki was taught to dislike the middle class and upper class, they were 'Govner, tall boots.' By the time she became physically mature, she found that there was only brutal factory jobs, or slatern work for women. She could let a bloke pick her for birthing and passel of kids, or take the bleeding drugs to keep from getting pregnant. Nikki was given the opportunity to take up sewing and dress making with a middle class woman in Well Close Square as an apprentice. One late night fourteen months into her apprenticeship she was attacked and embraced on Dock Street. She never knew who her Sire was, just a tall, powerful man in very a very nice suit.
Nikki lived the first couple of weeks, hiding in abandoned buildings, killing those she fed on. Fagin found her and taught her how to be a vampire. She has been helping him ever since.
