Introduction

Living in your own dream world is fun and walking amongst the open areas of the Realm you inhabit is natural. But there are vast spaces inside the dream realm, and this power allows a Hypnovatiz to step between them. Not exactly like teleport, but the power that enables a dreamer to move from the first floor of their house to a mansion on a beach with no transition. There are of course questions of control and aim. The better you get with Reflection, the better you can travel flawlessly between areas.


Key of Reflection

Pathfinder
In the beginning the newly awakened Mirrorist responds more with instinct than with any calculation in using the apparatus of Reflection. The Key here is an innate awareness not only of ones surroundings, but of all exits and the safest route to use in getting from here to there. This instinct sharpens each of the Mirrorist's sense allowing the perception of subtle environmental changes that could proceed danger or success. That Key is called Pathfinder and once activated the Key remains active for as long as the Mirrorist has need of it.

Mechanisms of Reflection

Through the Glass Door
The budding Mirrorist can sense the folding between places in the dream realms. At first the Mirrorist can find help from windows, mirrors, or pools of water to move short distances. A Dreamer will also have to do a small amount of studying the dream around him or her, to see the folded space. At this stage control isn't great, and while a Dreamer might only wish to move a few feet or pop between floors, failures and botches can result in entering a nightmare realm nearby. ●● Shift
The dreamer is stronger now, and can see the strains in the fabric of the local dream, and where they are weakest to allow fast movement through the folds in the Dream. A Deamer can also see and hear things on the other sides of the folds now.

●●● Clairsentience
At this level of ability the Dreamer can at a glance see the appropriate folds for near-stepping, and with study can find ways for farther places. At this level Mirrorists can begin to see and hear unguarded private realms. With great risk, they may attempt to cross into them.

a At this level a Mirrorist can begin to sense the other dream Vistas of far away cities and realms. It is possible to communicate with Legendary realms like the various Heavens and Hells from different cultures

These Mirrorists not only can find the Legendary realms but cross to them and traverse them. The rules change in these realms, but an experienced dreamer can go there and learn transcendent things.
