Ordo Dracul / Southern Court

Count Haralambi Bozhidar, Knight Lieutenant of the Ordo Dracul, and lord of ...
Pet Name: Haralambi the Cheerful.
Domain: ...
Description: Haralambi is a pleasant sort with a cheerful mien and better than average looks. He stands about 1.8 meters, with short blond hair, dark eyes, and a neatly trimmed full beard covering his square jaw. He seems equally at ease mingling with the nobility of the Southern Court or the common laborers of his own domain.
Haralambi's left leg bears horrible cauterization scars and three missing toes, casualties from a mortal bout with gangrene.
Notes: Haralambi was a younger son of an impoverished family of Bulgarian Nobility. He found himself in a mercenary company that participated in several of the regions dirty little wars before the turn of the 20th century. It was in Crimea that he was wounded, and thought he would die of gangrene. Somehow, he found his way home before he died, and somehow he didn't die. A compatriot returned with his war swag, and he spent the next half decade celebrating being alive. His sire, Count Kovach noticed him talking a gang of street toughs down from a fight, before brutally handling the three who refused to back down. Recognizing him for the survivor he was, Kovach took the aimless veteran under his wing, then embraced him on his fortieth birthday. When Kovach fell before a Sabbat onslaught, Haralambi was a popular choice to replace him.
Few would guess that Haralambi is the most powerful Koldun in the Ordo (with the exception of Lady Blagorodina, who is not a true member). He furthers his own studies and quietly encourages the Knights to pursue sorcery, in the hopes that greater tactics and versatility will end battles more quickly, saving lives of both the Ordo and bystanders.
War is hell, and is fought by demons. No one else can survive. Win the battle, and win the peace that follows. Haralambi is cheerful because he is genuinely grateful to be alive.
With modern corrective footwear, he has completely lost the limp he earned in the Crimean.
