This is a high class brothel run by Sven Thromborgen. It is in the 8th Arrondissment.
This is a three story structure above ground structure, longer than it is wide. The ground floor is mainly a dancing/drink floor. The upper two floors are private salons and suites for guests. The main business office is on the top floor. There are two basement floors. There is access to the Catacombs of Paris from the lower lever.
Main Concierge is Telesphore Romaine. Ghouled to Sven. He is blood bound, an alcoholic who keeps it under control during business hours, often getting terribly drunk once the dining area closes.
Joelle Laetitia high class whore ghoul of Sven. She is black, well dressed and well endowed. Joelle runs the twenty girls that work here, keeping them fed, clothed, and paid. She takes them for regular doctors visits. Sven makes sure they don't conveive children.
There are two full time bouncers here Asher Bryan Hadrien, and Dmitri Antonio Nicolas.
A chef and two cooks work here to deliver food, with the working girls taking turns as waitresses to entice the custom.
