Appearance
A beautiful Korean woman, with fine brownish skin and black hair. Kim usually wears serviceable clothing, but from time to time wears fine clothes that accentuate her figure.
Behavior
Kim often comes off as kind but distant. Kim uses her contacts and those beholden to her mercilessly but with the eye to a long term use.
History
Kim was born to into a local street gang family. Her father and brothers were criminals and thugs. She learned how to run scams and cons from her parents, who were long time figures in the Seoul crime scene. She was raped and killed by a rival gang. Her Second Breath brought her raging into the world and she planned how to eliminate her killers. Over time, she made them kill each other. She was recruited into the Green Tigers and has been helping in the efforts in San Francisco.
Influence
Kim has taken control of a number of influential police and judges. She concentrates her efforts on using the law to harass members of the Mandarinate and undermine their trust in each other.
