Appearance
Sir William is a heavy set, broad bodied man who appears to be in his 40's. His well coifed reddish brown hair is always well brushed. He wears very nice brown tweed and dark suits.
Behavior
Sir William is a very upright and stolid member of the English society. He harrumphs and "By Jove's" with the best of them. Raised in the Anglican church he is well versed in the common theology and willing to use it in any discussion.
Sir William feeds on poor women and prostitutes. He has a very narrow view of how women should behave, and is willing to tell anyone not Lady Anne all about it.
