The Necromantic Library of Phineus -x- Level One Rituals -x- Level Two Rituals -x- Level Three Rituals -x- Level Four Rituals -x- Level Five Rituals

Description: This ritual allows the caster to project his voice across the Shroud between the world of the living and the world of the dead; to accomplish this feat, the necromancer must place a pebble from a graveyard in his mouth and consume the blood of a dead animal.
Origin: Benesj the Black
Ingredients: A pebble from a graveyard and the blood of a dead animal.
Casting: It's a simple ritual, which only demands that the caster recite in Greek, an impromptu poem to Orpheus for ten (10) minutes, while expending blood into his stomach and throat.
System: Intelligence + Rituals = difficulty five (5). If the ritual roll is successful, the vampire may ‘throw’ his voice across the Shroud. This ritual requires ten (10) minutes to cast and each success equates to five (5) cumulative minutes of communication; the caster can end of the ritual at will or it expires after its duration.
Reference: The simplest parallel is the level two power of the Ash Path “Lifeless Tongues”, which allows the caster “Shroud Sight”, the level one power plus the ability to hear and speak across the shroud.
