Sobriquet: Squawker
Appearance: A man of middle height, his skin daubed with white and blue woad in places. His hair is streaked white with the same substance, his eyes a deep black. Squawker is most often shirtless, with red san coulot pants.
Behavior: Squawker can hold solid, reasonable conversations, or he can act like a bird and squawk at you. He is very intelligent and knows many secrets...but his raven self doesn't always allow him to look past the shiny things.
History: Who knows? He has been in Paris since it was called Luticia...even Phantomas knows him as an elder.
