Farredouni is a man in high demand. He is wanted for his meticulous genius. The Giovanni want him for his bizarre necrophilic obsession with death. The Italian government want hi for his crimes.
He learned the demolitions trade working construction for decades. Then, one day, he snapped. Maybe his wife decided to leave him, maybe he ate one too many arsenic-laced paninis. Some of his work materials... malfunctioned... and his family died as their house imploded. At first, the police though that he died in the explosion. Then a church blew up, during mass. Two weeks later, a rural hotel collapsed at one AM. The manhunt was on. Some members of the Giovanni family found him in the wreckage of a bus station, dancing with the corpses. The Italians are still looking, but its been a few years.
"Farro" was married into the family - he was too good to give up. Not only is he a necrophilic sociopath, he's a necrophilic sociopath that makes everyone - even Setites - around him itchy and want to get out of the room. That makes him a useful guy to have around when you need to get business done and avoid too much small talk with people who are likely to learn the family secrets from a few careless words. That, and he doesn't know too much.
In Istanbul, The Assamites have figured out that attacking a Giovanni stronghold en masse is a bad idea. The smart Fuckers figured it out after the second massacre. So, Farro is bored. He's got, like, a dozen places ready to go, and enough "juice" to drop half of down town. He tells anyone who will listen how it's all packaged so that if it accidentally goes off, not too much happens. People would be real mad if that schoolyard accidentally imploded, after all.
Farro could be tall if he wasn't constantly ducking and stooping, as if he was trying to wend his way across an obstructed I-beam in the dark. He has slicked back greasy hair that doesn't cover a bald spot very well. He usually dresses in finely tailored suits that haven't been cleaned or repaired in years. There is something about him that puts even the most hardened vampiric killers on edge. Somehow, it's more than just the fact that he constantly seems to be talking to something near you - perhaps your shadow or your ghost - and won't meet anyone's eye.
THIS is the guy that the Giovanni send to carry messages to the Tremere Chantry or some Settite temple.
