Gangrel Tristram Young.jpg

Sobriquet:

Appearance: Tristram Young stands an erect 5'9", and clearly prefers to flaunt his numerous wolfish features. He most often wears simple clothing: Pants and a ragged button-up shirt, and a pair of heavy-duty sneakers to placate the mortals. In civilized areas, he pulls on a heavy raincoat, a battered ball-cap and sometimes a pair of sunglasses.

Behavior:

History: Tristram Young was born during the early part of the 20th century on a rural Welsh farm. He may have been the last person in all of Brittain to reasonably supliment his income by hunting, and earned the curse for his efforts.

After a reasonable adjustment period, Tristram and his sire traveled all over the isles, sticking as much as they could to the few wild places that remained and were not overrun with Gaoru. For a couple of decades, they watched civilization enexorably sweep the wild places away. Then they had the misfortune to run afoul of Count Dunlop.

When Gangrel meet, they fight it out to establish a pecking order. These fights are very seldom lethal, though the loser (and sometimes the winner as well) may take several nights to recover. Of course, not everyone plays by the rules. Dunlop's sons held Tristram down to watch while Dunlop slowly drained his sire's unlife away. They left Tristram clinging to the last shreds of his unlife on a remote Welsh crag.

Tristram had thought it would take him centuries to exact his revenge. Now, all he can hope for is to take his revenge on the Count's newest allies among the Sabbat, and possibly learn a thing or two from the man who slew the demon. Hopefully, it will be enough.

After the War: Tristram is in desperate need of a Path of Enlightenment, and has resolved to remain in London until he is well on his way toward one. To that end, he is remaining close to Brian O'Reilly, a warrior for whom he has developed a tremendous amount of respect.
