Speed: Ward in wolf form moves at double normal (human-shape) running speed, or 64 yards per turn without the expenditure of blood.
This means that if Ward spent one minute (10 turns) running all out, he could cover approximately one third of a mile.
In other words, that is a three minute mile or twenty miles an hour.
