25 years-old woman, with dark hair and blue eyes. She has her hair cut medium, like Uma Thurman (in Pulp Fiction). She is more awing, and a lot more dangerous...

Behavior

The French Iron Lady. Always cold and emotionless, except when she is working a room, getting her power and money from her clients and employees. She's actually a volcano ready to explode. No one working for her would even think of deceive her. The last one was cut alive in little cubes of meat in front of her other Lieutenants.

She sees the other Vampires as "Top Lieutenants". Different from Don Caravelli, she prefer female cainites for lieutenants, even if all her mortal lieutenant are males. It's like a revenge: The mortal male "big revolver" macho lieutenants craving for the immortality only women can have (as Ghoul or Vampire)...

History

Vanessa was born in Paris, poor and beautiful. Her parents were poor working class people, and Vannessa became infatuated with the money and night life of the Soire's in Paris. Her beauty attracted men with money, who would pay for her body. She became the favorite of Garmon Dufrense, a mafia muscle man. Vannessa convinced him to take her with him to Italy when his boss went to pay homage to the home country. While there she attracted the attention of Don Caravelli. First he made her a ghoul, eventually embracing her for the services she provided him in taking the city. With Vannessa running a thriving prostitution ring in the city, Don Caravelli was able to become a powerful Brujah in the city.

But she was only a woman.

Caravelli kept her with stupid and easy seduction missions when she would have liked to manage parts of his business besides prostitution. Caravelli actually became concerned with the power and ruthlessness Vannessa used in the city. The Brujah had been driven from Paris, and Don Caravelli thought the beautiful woman would be able to woo her way into being able to stay in the city. Vannessa did not want to come back to France. Caravelli sent her anyway.

Vannessa entered Paris and ran afoul of the Masques by becoming a part of the Anarch movement in France. Ivan and his partners rounded her up, and brought her before Villon. Villon talked with her, persuaded her, and released her back into the city. Before he was done, she bent to his will, and became a tool of the Prince. To entertain the Brujah and to destroy the influence of Caravelli in France, Villon accepted Vanessa in Paris when the Brujah weren't accepted. Vanessa started immediately on her work and made her name in the Parisian and French underground.

1905 is truly the beginning of the Mafia in Paris and France. They are establishing themselves in the city. The Brujah have only a slightly higher status than the Tremere in the city. Vannessa is given a wider latitude because she is reporting to the Prince, though no one is aware of that.

She was named the "Dona" by the ones who know she wasn't simply the lover of Don Luigi, but that he was really her Ghoul and Thrall. Anyway, her known haven is somewhere in the restaurant named "Chez Luigi". She's not naive: Someone searching there would have to pass over a lot of devious and deadly traps before finding her little room empty because she sleeps somewhere else...
