Zamyr Hayka

Zamyr is the younger childe of Jovan Vladimir, prince of Shkodër, Albania. By rumor, he is only a few decades old, embraced sometime after the end of the Communist occupation of Albania. It is likely that he is at least partially responsible for the city's impressive growth since the middle of the first decade of the 20th century, bringing business and job opportunities, and centralizing the province's population. So far, there are no reports of any outsider vampire having met him.
