Appearance: Natural appearance is a tall, broad shouldered man with burned, charred skin. His eyes are bright blue. His seeming is that of a good looking Caucasian man 6' 4" tall, shiny long blond hair and striking blue eyes. He is always well dressed, and seems very aristocratic.
Behavior: Joseph speaks in cultured tones and seems very well educated for his time.
History: Velistas was summoned to earth in the City of Ur in 900 BC. He has been moving about the Earth ever since.
