Track Temporal Manipulations
Description: This is continuously done by the Technocracy to see if other groups attempt to manipulate the trends. The Forecasters carefully analyze events to see if they have been manipulated by someone, using their computers to search for patterns. The difficulty lies in the fact that most manipulators are very careful, and the results are seldom apparent until years later.
