Ok. I am assuming that this is a weapon of myth and that is how it is being invoked. Given that enchanting weapons to do aggravated damage starts at level 2 with rituals like Burning Blade and that it is a hanging magic and that there is an element of conjuration that enlarges the weapon from a dagger to a sword, I would put it at a solid level 4. -- "The Magister 22:16, 3 October 2018 (MDT)"
