The symbols at the well and the sacrifice are Latin, Arabic, and stick figure drawings. The well is about opening the way and the drawing of outer waters. Invoking the cold and clarity of the original dark.

The symbols at the sacrifice are about the purity of the outer dark and the inverting of the wall. Interspersed are stick figures moving along a curving path, reducing to the middle.
