This ritual is in some ways the opposite of Dimming Memory's Passage: It makes the act of psychometry (object reading) easier to use on a single object.

System: By miming acts of passion, rage, and emotion, the caster adds power to the existing psychic impressions an object bears. The ritual lasts one half an hour, and leaves no impression of its own on the object, though the area it is cast in may bear such an impression. Each success reduces the difficulty of any attempt at psychometry on the object by one. It has no effect on any impressions the object picks up after the casting, which could make more distant memories come out more clearly than more recent events.
