The Garou calls on gremlin spirits to sabatoge the pipes going to lamps, water pipes, etc in the area.
System: The player spends one Gnosis point and rolls Manipulation + Crafts. The werewolf calls on a gremlin spirit to attack the pipes and tubing of nearby gas or water carrying items. Spilt Kerosene can be ignited.
