Phlogiston the Jester
Sobriquet: Roger Burns
Appearance
Phlogiston uses a seeming of a sandy haired man slender of build and medium height. He has a heavy mustache and no beard. He likes striped shirts and khaki pants, or Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.
If his seeming is pierced, he is actually a large, stocky man dressed in red and blue motley clothes. As he moves there are flickering flames that appear and then disappear as he moves. His eyes are black pits, his face a deformed skull. He carries weapons all the time, though what shape they take depends on his mood.
Behavior
Roger seems kind and open, and often laughs at little jokes he makes. Insults or harsh treatment will make him frown briefly, but then he will smile again.
History
Phlogiston is an immortal being from the far deep dreaming. He is ruthless and desires to start wars, and harm the Kithain. Though harming other beings is always a thing that brings him great pleasure. Plogiston like to kill others in combat, but occasionally just killing someone makes him happy. His victims are often chopped into pieces.
Phlogiston was able to come to earth after some changling kids were playing with a Ouija board and opened a Way for him. Phlogiston killed and ate them all.
