Just as a vampire can lick a wound he has made with claw or fang and cure it, so can those with Panacea lick a wound someone else has made and heal it.

System: For each Blood Point expended during the licking, the character can heal one Health Level. Note that the character must be able to lick the wound to heal it. This power cannot heal aggravated damage.
