When applied to the skin, this balm increases the user’s Strength rating by 1 to a maximum of 5. If the user’s Strength is already a 5, it increases Stamina instead. If both are at 5, the balm has no effect. This lasts for one scene, after which time the balm must be reapplied to gain the effect. Each success when crafting the recipe creates a single dose.
