Ovcha Kupel Stadium
One of the largest stadiums in Sofia, the Ovcha Kupel stadium was opened in 1932. It is a multi-purpose stadium capable of holding up to 32,000 people. Currently it is almost exclusively used for football games. It is home to the professional football club, PFC Slavia Sofia, and hosts the home games of the national under-21 football team.
The stadium sits within Ovcha Kupel Park, in a complex that includes several municipal practice football fields, the Slavia Ice Rink, and the Khan Asparuh Horse Track.
