History: Octávio is a local bookie, who has profited enormously from placing side for himself and for his new patron. He really doesn't care who Jason really is, as long as he keeps placing winning bets and at such amazing odds. Octávio's only fear is that someone dangerous or powerful will take notice and relieve him of his new found wealth, which is why he has moved into one of the gated communities and upgraded his security. He now worked solely for Jason. He waits up most nights waiting for his patron's call, but lately he hasn't heard from Jason and he is starting to get worried that his meal ticket has left the city.
