Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances. Nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He takes great joy in being the best Sheriff in town.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. After coming to the age of reason, Norman took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
