This relfects favorably on you with those who place stock in good breeding and hereditary nobility. You may also be of particular interest to certain Scions, and to Ventrue with a taste for noble blood. You receive a -1 to all Social difficulties when dealing with anyone who would be impressed by your lineage, and to all Etiquette rolls concerning courtly behavior in your native land.
