Mystically Inept
5 point Merit (mystically adept clan only)
For some reason, you do not share your clan's attunement to the mystical. You effectively add +4 to the level of the sorcerous power you are trying to use, rather than 3. If you practice calls for some other difficulty, you add +1 to the difficulty your clanmates must overcome.
In addition, you have a great deal of trouble learning sorcery. It is still possible, but all but the most patient tutors will soon despair with your ineptitude. You may not begin play with more than one dot in Sorcery.
