Measuring the Dissenter
The Nahemites are few in number and must be careful in choosing opponents, lest they be found out and destroyed. Therefore Nahema gifted them with a way to measure the willpower of a target, so that Her followers could better judge the work needed to bring them into the fold.
System: The caster spends a blood point and rolls Intelligence + Occult at standard difficulty. Doing so gives an impression of the willpower of a chosen opponent. The weak willed (1 to 3 Willpower) will show only a small glow, those of middle drive (4 to 7 willpower) a moderate glow, and those of strong will (8-10) will glow like a very bright fire. More than one success will allow the caster to know other things, like relative humanity, preferred weapons, hunger level, etc.
