Lithrac
Background: The Samedi Archon of Justicar Cockrobin is clearly an American with an East Coast accent. If his manner of dress is any means of judging his age, then it is likely he was embraced around W.W.II. He clearly has a strong background in medicine and is a skilled investigator. Lithrac seems to have a genuine and morbid interest in those withwhom he comes in contact, because long after he is done questioning someone in an official capacity, he will continue to carry on a conversation about virtually anything.
Image: For those who have enough Auspex to peirce his Obfuscate and a constitution strong enough to look upon his visage, there is much to be learned. Lithrac looks like an unwrapped mummy, with dry, thin, parchment colored skin stretched over his bones. Wisps of brown hair still cling to his head from place to place. He has no lips left, and his fingers are almost devoid of skin, giving him a clawed appearance. Surprisingly, his bright blue eyes remain clear and look alive. He typically wears dark suits, with a black overcoat and fedora to help conceal his appearance.
Personality: Lithrac is absolutely meticulous. Any assignment for Justicar Cockrobin is a job to be completed, and jobs should be done right. He has a detached, scientific attitude about his work; especially in the company of strangers. He always clings to the shadows and has about him a constant readiness, regardless of the situation. Lithrac seems to accepted the vampiric condition with a comfort others find difficult because he sees it as a transformation of what he is, not who he is. When around proven acquaintances, Lithrac can be downright jovial, though he does have a morbid sense of humor.
