Appearance: Nero is 5' 11" tall, with short black hair. His face is marred by a old scar along the bottom of his left jaw. He wears diamond studs in his ears.
Behavior: Nero thinks of himself as royalty, with a short temper and arrogant demeanor. Neor isn't dumb, but he isn't very educated in the sense of history or books. If it happened before 1970, and wasn't in a movie, he has no idea about it.
History: Nero was a bully boy for a local gang when he was noticed by some passing Brujah who liked his take-no-shit attitude. He was gifted with the embrace. He has since moved into the role of enforcer and Sheriff for Don Cyriacus.
