History: Willie was a gaijin prostitute in Hong Kong where she learned all about pleasing men and women. She jumped a ship and made it to Melbourne where she managed to hook up with a semi-successful miner. He didn't get rich, but he did well enough that when he was killed in a bar brawl Willie took his stake and opened a brothel. There she met Squizzy Taylor, who had just been turned. Seeing her business acumen, two years later he turned her also. He used her knowledge of the vice trade to solidify his control of the streets. Now an observant person would have a hard time seeing if Squizzy runs Willie, or Willie is running Squizzy.
Recent: In 2010 Willie found a torpid vampire hidden under a former Buddist temple. She brought helpers and dug it up. Since then, she has had periodic lapses of memory, but seems very good about making up answers for herself about why she doesn't remember.
